Gov. Chris Christie continued his assault on United Airlines Wednesday, days after a passenger was forcibly removed from a crowded flight, saying in two live interviews that the company is “awful” and the “customer is always last.”Appearing on FOX News and CNN, the Republican governor said the airline was profiting off its near-monopoly in New Jersey, where it operates about 70 percent of the flights at Newark Liberty International Airport, a facility operated by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
