Chris Christie Sees Bump In Polls

NEW YORK, June 12 (Reuters) - New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is more popular than he has been since taking office in January 2010, with half of state voters saying they have a favorable view of the Republican governor, a Rutgers-Eagleton Poll found on Tuesday. Christie, a Republican party star who is often mentioned as a possible vice presidential candidate, has seen his popularity nationally overshadow his ratings among voters at home.
