Chicago Bulls guard Jevon Carter paid $1.5 million for a five-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot town home in a gated community in the West Town neighborhood last month. A west suburban native who starred at Proviso East High School, Carter in July signed a three-year, $20 million deal with the Bulls after previously playing for the Milwaukee Bucks. The purchase is Carter’s second since signing with the Bulls.
