Cheers And Jeers: Thursday

From the GREAT STATE OF MAINE… John Kerry, I Feel Your Pain It's around 7am on a frosty fall morning in Mount Vernon, Ohio circa 1979. I'm pedaling my bicycle down Main Street on my usual five-mile trek to high school. Going at pretty good clip. And then, for reasons only the bike gods can explain, my foot slips off the pedal, gets caught between it and the pavement, and…well, I'm just glad that what happened next happened really fast.
