Organizers of this year's Ford Arts, Beats and Eats festival say they are spending more than ever to bring top classic rock, alternative, country and hip-hop performers to downtown Royal Oak for the upcoming event.Among the more than 200 national and local acts set to perform are rockers Cheap Trick, country star Kip Moore, the female hip-hop act Salt-n-Pepa, classic rock perennials The Guess Who, alt-rockers Neon Trees, Young the Giant and Puddle of Mud, and the 90s rock-pop band Gin Blossoms.
