SOUTH KINGSTOWN — The police are investigating a single-car crash Monday evening on Commodore Perry Highway that left the driver trapped inside the car for 40 minutes while first-responders worked to extricate her.The crash at about 4:45 p.m. occurred just north of Green Hill Beach Road when the 2013 Hyundai Sonata driven by Lauren Pandora, 25, of Charlestown, veered off the road and struck a guardrail, according to a news release from Capt.
