When Wauwatosa city administrator Jim Archambo moved into the neighborhood near the Burleigh Street Triangle a decade ago, the blighted industrial corridor was a bit of a sore topic among area residents. Archambo often heard comments on how neighbors would redirect out-of-towners to avoid the corridor, so they wouldn't have to answer questions about how safe the community was.
