Shopping never goes out of style. Shopping malls, however, are a different story. Aging, enclosed malls that decades ago bustled with shoppers year-round - not just on weekends and holidays - now battle to lure customers, keep stores and attract new ones. The recently sold Citadel mall in central Colorado Springs and the Chapel Hills Mall on the city's north side are no exception.
