The 345th Combat Support Hospital housed at Jacksonville Naval Air Station is holding a change of command ceremony Sunday morning as Col. Linda Kramer is set to begin pre-deployment training in Nashville, Tenn. Kramer will be deployed to Qatar in early 2017 after serving as commander at the U.S. Army Reserve unit in Jacksonville since January 2014, said Acting Command Sgt.
