By News staffNORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (AP) -- Governor Lincoln Chafee is preparing to cut the ribbon on new office space for small business startups at Quonset Business Park. Chafee is scheduled to formally open the Gateway Offices on Monday morning. The new offices are intended to be used by small business startups and can be rented on a month-to-month basis. The business park at Quonset Point is home to more than 175 companies employing 9,500 people.
