Said Rep. Joe Morelle (D-NY): “I have no idea how it’s going to be enforced.”

Former House speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) told the Washington Post that Republicans got the best of Democrats on the communication front in this election.
Said Pelosi: “Communication is different now. Republicans outdid us on the social media front. … For us in this next election … we have to leapfrog over them.”

The House Ethics Committee was told of a second sexual encounter between former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and a 17-year-old at a party in 2017, CNN reports.
Gaetz’s withdrawal came 45 minutes after CNN called to ask for comment on this report.
