Camas Police Seek Runaway Girl

The Camas Police Department is asking for help in locating a 17-year-old runaway. Felicity A. Vandel is a foster child who was temporarily placed with a family in the community, according to a Camas police press release. On Jan. 27 around midnight, Vandel ran away from her foster home. The girl has been spotted in communities along Interstate 5. Initially, Vandel was reportedly driven to downtown Vancouver and dropped off, police said. An investigation also found Vandel had been staying with family in the area of Vader between Feb.
