California made a lot of electric skateboard owners very happy over the weekend by deciding to make the motorized devices legal to use in public. As reported by the Wall Street Journal, California Governor Jerry Brown sign a bill this past Sunday that effectively reverses a ban that was issued in 1977 as a way to keep such creations off of the streets.
