STAMFORD — Twenty-three people representing 11 countries graduated this month from a home health aide training program offered through Building One Community and Norwalk Community College. The graduates earned home health aide, home care companion and CRP/AED/first aid certificates after completing a 170-hour curriculum, which included courses on applied home care skills, vocational ESL, customer service and clinical practice at River House Adult Day Center in Greenwich.
