By Bobby Harrison Daily Journal Jackson Bureau JACKSON – Despite staying in session until midnight Monday, a deadline day to pass a state budget, three appropriations bills died – those funding the office of Attorney General Jim Hood, the Mississippi Department of Transportation and the state Aid Road Program that provides state funds to help on the upkeep of major county roads. It appeared Tuesday the Legislature would have to come back in special session called by Gov.
