PORTAGE TWP.: A Brunswick man was killed at 5:30 p.m. Monday in a two-vehicle accident in Sandusky County.David Burns Jr., 31, was on a motorcycle southbound on Gill Road just south of state Route 163 when he collided with a northbound Dodge Ram pickup that was turning left into a private drive, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.The driver of the pickup, Ronald Landrum, 77, of Marblehead, failed to yield the right of way, authorities said.Burns, who was wearing a helmet, was taken to Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton where he later died.Landrum was wearing his seat belt and was not injured.The crash remains under investigation.
