BEREA, Ohio (AP) — Amid lively debate over which of the top two quarterbacks should start for the Browns, Cleveland signed its third-stringer. Austin Davis signed a two-year, $4.2 million contract extension through 2017 with the club on Wednesday. Davis, who went 3-5 as a fill-in starter for St. Louis last season, hasn't played yet this season while backing up both Josh MCown and Johnny Manziel.
