Nasdaq Oncothyreon Inc., up 54 cents to $3.96 The biotechnology company is moving ahead with development of a potential breast cancer drug after seeing encouraging results. Altera Corp., up $2.83 to $51.68 Intel is buying the chip designer for about $16.7 billion in cash as the semiconductor industry continues its consolidation.
