Giancarlo Esposito ("Breaking Bad," "Revolution") has joined the cast of "Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials" for 20th Century Fox, Temple Hill Entertainment and the Gotham Group. Esposito will play Jorge, a leader of a group of survivors called the Cranks that encounter the group of teens. The character also appears in "The Death Cure," the third book in the trilogy which is expected to be adapted. Wes Ball returns to helm the follow-up which follows the young characters that survived the deadly maze.
