STAMFORD-The boyfriend of a Rippowam Middle School teacher was jailed for stealing the woman’s car and driving it to a pharmacy where he was found huffing on a household cleaning product. The woman told police that she believed Runyon, who she said was addicted to huffing a compressed air cleaning product called Dust-Off, may have taken her car to get more Dust-Off. Blanc said the officer could see Runyon, who had a suspended license in the front passenger seat huffing on a can of Dust-Off.
