MIAMI GARDENS — Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa — or, better yet, $212 million quarterback Tua Tagovailoa — appeared relieved and grateful Sunday when he made his first comments since agreeing to his lucrative contract extension Friday and officially signing the deal Sunday morning. Not only was Bam Adebayo in action in Team USA’s 110-84 victory to open pool play, but some of his action came against Heat teammate Nikola Jovic, who made it back into Serbia’s rotation after suffering an ankle sprain during Heat workouts last month at Kaseya Center. Adebayo played 19:52 of the 40-minute game, closing with four points on 2-of-6 shooting, with two rebounds and two assists.
