By Ryan Quinn MADISON -- Two Boone County public school system employees admitted Wednesday they embezzled from the school system, but the county's prosecuting attorney said two former county school board members who were under investigation won't be charged. David Bryan Jarrell, the school system's transportation director, and Tracy Harvey, a bus mechanic, each pleaded guilty to one count of embezzlement.
