West Virginia American Water has issued a boil-water advisory for customers on Pinnacle Drive from Box 11 to Box 50. Timberline Place, Pinnacle Woods Drive and Valley View Drive in Charleston. The advisory follows a water main break. Customers in these areas are urged to boil their water for at least one full minute prior to use until further notice.
