By William Crum Staff Writer wcrum@oklahoman.comAn advisory directing that some city residents boil tap water before drinking expired at 10 a.m. Monday, about 48 hours after it was issued, as tests showed water remained safe. Many residents in south and central Oklahoma City lost water pressure Saturday morning after a 72-inch water main broke near SE 164 Street and Air Depot Boulevard. A 72-inch water pipe is six feet in diameter. Temporary repairs were completed Saturday afternoon.Read more on NewsOK.com
