The album is Dylan's fifth No. 1. Heaven and Hell's 'The Devil You Know' bows at No. 8; 'Playing for Change: Songs Around the World,' featuring U2's Bono, enters at No. 10. Bob Dylan is back in a familiar place, landing at the top of the U.S. pop music chart for the fifth time in his career.
