BLUFFTON — A ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony was held for The Lions Way Parkview Path, another section of the Bluffton Pathway Project, Tuesday afternoon at the new location. The Lions Way Parkview Path is located off Kibler Street, through the new Parkview Subdivision. The new 8-foot-wide asphalt path exists on Main Street across from Dairy Freeze and Jackson Street, said Dick Ramseyer, chairman of the Bluffton Pathway Board and president of the Bluffton Lions Foundation. The project is a joint effort between the Lions Foundation and Village Council, he said.
