Australian filmmaker Mark Hartley is cornering the market on out-there genre cinema. The Wild, Untold Story of Ozploitation!, exploitation films made in the Philippines (“Machete Maidens Unleashed!”) and now a film on the Cecil B. DeMilles of ’80s trash cinema, Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus, two Israeli-born cousins who set out to make their mark in Hollywood. The Wild, Untold Story of Cannon Films, Hartley gives us fond memories of “The Delta Force,” the awful “Death Wish” sequels, Breakin 2: Stopping by also are two pretty good directors you might not have realized made a film for Cannon:
