By Kate White A motion unsealed this week to move the trial of Don Blankenship from Southern West Virginia lists dozens of times Blankenship's name has been in the public spotlight over the last 30 years and, his attorneys argue, shows that an impartial jury can't be seated there. But federal prosecutors say the trial shouldn't be moved unless attorneys try and fail to seat a jury in Beckley.
