William Shakespeare would have been right at home at the annual Black-Tie Gala on Friday evening on the West Terrace of Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens. Jim Urban dressed as an English Beefeater as he greeted guests in his colorful tunic with an emblem of the queen. “This is our largest crowd yet with over 600 people attending this year,” said director of special events Valarie Still.
