Black Leaders Say Judicial Selection Bill Disenfranchises Minorities

The Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously passed a House Bill that would create a committee to choose judges in Marion County, a move thatt is vehemently opposed by black community leaders and legislators for potentially disenfranchising minority voters
