STOCKTON — What astounds Fayette Reynolds, president of Black Family Day, is that even in 2016, its 48th year, she and other board members who organize the event are asked, “If I’m not black, can I still come?”“I always wonder do the Cinco de Mayo, Greek Festival, Chinese New Year’s Parade get asked the same question, because we definitely get asked that,” Reynolds said.The answer is assuredly yes, everyone is invited.
