Bethel Man Accused Of Selling Heroin

Ryan Budd, 25, was arrested March 9 as part of a new statewide initiative targeting narcotics dealers who distribute heroin, opioids or Fentanyl causing death or serious injury to users. The initiative, announced this week, is a partnership between the U.S. Department of Justice, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Office of the Chief State’s Attorney. Authorities said Danbury police officers found the victim while conducting a welfare check in a restroom at the Mobil One Stop gas station at 276 White St.
