Akron Beacon Journal columnist Bob Dyer was among five people inducted Friday into the Cleveland Journalism Hall of Fame during a ceremony at the Ritz Carlton in downtown Cleveland.Dyer joined the Beacon Journal staff in 1984, starting as a copy editor. Since then, he has worked as a feature writer, radio/TV writer, investigative reporter and general-interest columnist.
