The Batman Director Matt Reeves On Possible Trilogy

The Batman director Matt Reeves recently spoke to the possibility of his upcoming DC film serving as the start of a trilogy centered around the Dark Knight. "I have ideas about an arc, but really, the important thing is just to start... you have to start with one," Reeves said in an interview with Fandango. Reeves, who directed the upcoming War for the Planet of the Apes, went on to add that "you have to start with a story that begins something," noting that the story arc for the trio of new Apes films wasn't mapped out beforehand.
