Banker Picks Up College Tuition For Entire High School Class – Again

Dennis Frandsen, a banker with branches in Minnesota and Wisconsin, offered to pay for two years of technical college for an entire high school class in Luck, Wisconsin. He made the same offer to the graduating class in Rush City High School in Minnesota last year.
