Stories Related to Bangor Priest Convicted Of Child Abuse Gets 6½ Years In Prison

BANGOR — A former Greek Orthodox priest convicted of sexually abusing a child has been sentenced to serve 6½ years of a 12-year prison sentence. Adam Metropoulos of Bangor was also sentenced Monday to three years of probation and ordered to register as a sex offender. He was convicted last month of four counts of sexual abuse of a child.
