Baltimore Public Works Employee Charged In Fatal Hit-and-run

BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore police say a city employee has been charged in a hit-and-run that killed a 54-year-old bicyclist. The department said Saturday that 36-year-old Angelo Laprade of New Freedom, Pennsylvania was driving the Baltimore City Department of Public Works vacuum vehicle Monday when he struck Ralph Myron Roane of Dundalk and left the scene.
