Filed under: Movie News, CinematicalWith all the noise over the upcoming release of that 25th Anniversary Back to the Future Trilogy on Blu-ray, fans are half-expecting Universal to use this time to announce a remake. Perhaps such an idea would've sounded crazy a few years ago, but with '80s-related films like 'The Karate Kid', 'The A-Team' and 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' all arriving in 2010 -- with plans to produce more remakes of 'Short Circuit', 'Private Benjamin', 'Poltergeist' and 'Conan the Barbarian' -- it would appear as if Hollywood has come down with a severe case of '80s remake fever.
