STOCKTON — Stockton police made an arrest Saturday after a man followed two young girls into a restroom at a downtown restaurant and attempted to sexually assault one of the girls, authorities said.The 11- and 15-year-old girls were with their family at Nena’s Mexican Restaurant at the Waterfront Warehouse in the 400 block of West Weber Street about 1:40 p.m.
