Atlantic Coast Pipeline Gets Violation Notice From State Over Tree Cutting

With full construction of the contentious natural gas project yet to begin, Virginia's environmental agency has issued a violation notice for the Dominion Energy-led Atlantic Coast Pipeline for cutting down trees in buffer zones at 15 sites along the route.
