Arizona State University’s fine arts school is moving some programs, studios and studies to downtown Phoenix’s Warehouse District. ASU’s Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts is taking 26,000 square feet at warehouse developer Michael Levine’s building at 605 E. Grant St. a few blocks behind Chase Field.
