REDDING - The driver of a Jeep Liberty that erupted in flames after a crash in April critically injuring several local students was arrested Wednesday on charges including driving under the influence. Ryan Capozziello, 18, of Fairfield turned himself in to police Wednesday after learning there was a warrant for his arrest stemming from the April 14 crash with charges that also include reckless driving and five counts of second-degree assault - a felony punishable by up to five years in prison. The accident occurred on April 14 at around 6 p.m.
