By NATHANIEL JONES Arlington police recovered nearly $1 million in stolen property sold at pawn shops last year with the assistance of LeadsOnline, the nationwide theft database available only to law-enforcement officials.Arlington has seen an upturn in thefts of personal property, ranging from lawn equipment, jewelry, sporting goods, navigation devices, computers and other electronics, according to the company.Leadsonline tracks merchandise from more than 3,000 pawnshops, resale and Internet drop-off stores across the country.
