Arkansas Courthouse Gets New Windows With Grant

The Texarkana Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/1tZ6qkp ) Miller County has received $54,500 for the repairs. Miller County Judge Larry Burgess says the windows on the south side of the courthouse built in 1939 have been damaged by weather. County employees say the windows are rusted and offices get wet when it rains.
