A Mountain Range High School administrator who allegedly sent sexually explicit photos to a student was charged with two counts of child sex assault and one count of internet sexual exploitation of a child in Adams County District Court on Thursday. Tate Drane, 27, is charged with three felonies, including sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust and sexual assault on a child, the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office said in a news release. Colorado taxpayers could receive state refunds of up to $1,130 when they file taxes in 2025, depending on their filing status and gross income, state officials said. According to the Colorado Department of Revenue’s Taxation Division, single-filing taxpayers could receive between $177 and $565 in tax refunds under Colorado’s Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights, and joint-filing taxpayers could receive between $354 and $1,130, depending on their gross income bracket.
