There has been yet another school shooting, this time at a high school in Georgia. These school shootings will continue until assault weapon sales are banned. How many more children must die before we accept the correlation between the sale of these weapons and murder on a mass scale? Yes, other weapons kill and maim as well, but not on the scale of these guns. What sort of society allows such carnage, believing that “thoughts and prayers” will make it better? Stacie M.
