Another Democrat out: Jim Webb won't seek Senate reelection in 2012

Democrats' chances of maintaining a majority in the Senate in 2012 take another hit as Virginia Sen. Jim Webb says won't seek reelection. He will return to working in the private sector.WASHINGTON — In another blow to Democrats' chances of retaining the Senate beyond 2012, first-term Sen.
