LONDON — The Edinburgh Film Festival’s Michael Powell Award for best British feature film has gone to Andrew Haigh’s “45 Years,” which portrays a fractured relationship. The jury, which was chaired by L.A. Times film critic Kenneth Turan, described it as “a quietly explosive film which represents classic filmmaking at its best.
