DAYTONA BEACH - The Daytona Tortugas didn't need many runs with hard-throwing lefty Amir Garrett on the mound Wednesday, but they broke out the bats and put up a few anyway en route to a 5-2 win over the Charlotte Stone Crabs in front of 2,909 fans at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. In his second start since getting the win in the All-Star Futures Game in Cincinnati on July 12, Garrett (6-6) cruised, striking out seven over seven innings to get the win."I've just been getting more comfortable as the season goes along," Garrett said.
