Americans Don't Flunk, But Don't Ace Survey's Science Quiz

WASHINGTON (AP) — A new survey shows that Americans rate a solid if unspectacular C in science. The Pew Research Center on Thursday released the results of an online survey that showed Americans got eight out of 12 random science questions correct. More than 3,200 adults answered questions ranging from what kind of waves are used in cell phones to interpreting a scatterplot graph. Men in general got one more right answer than women, while people with college degrees got two more correct answers than those with a high school education or less.Read more on NewsOK.com
